CORN PUDDING DESSERT FROM VENEZUELA
This dessert is also called MAJARETE.
1 liter milk
1 pound sugar
½ liter of coconut milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Kernels of 4 fresh corns
¼ teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
Put all ingredients and one teaspoon cinnamon in a blender and blend
it until completely blended. Put it in a pan and bring it to boil
on low heat, until it thickens. Stir it constantly with a wooden spoon,
until ready. Then put it into individual serving bowls, sprinkle them
with abundant cinnamon for which you have two tablespoons left.
Take it to the refrigerator to cool before serving.
