CARAMEL COATED BANANAS DESSERT FROM COLOMBIA
8 ripe bananas
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of honey
½ cup of milk
½ cup of water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Cut the bananas in halves and lengthwise too.
You will get long strips of bananas. Put them in a pan, with all the
other ingredients. Put it over very slow fire. When caramel gets done,
take it off the fire. Let it cool in the dish you will serve them.
In the same dish you can place tablespoons of vanilla ice cream when
serving it, and serve both things in each dish.
